Written Statements

caravan site solicitors

Written statements are a form of agreement between the site owner and a resident which allow the resident to keep their residential mobile home on  pitch.

The Statement consists of two main parts – the implied terms, which cannot be changed and stem from the Mobile Homes Act 1983 and the express terms, which are specific to your site and agreed with the resident when the agreement is signed.

There are a number of specific requirements in relation to these agreements and we can guide you through the drafting of the Statement or provide you with a document that we prepare according to your needs.  In most cases, we can undertake this work on a fixed fee arrangement.  Please call us if you would like a quote.
